Vic: Man dies in hang-gliding accident
MELBOURNE, Feb 15 AAP - A 45-year-old man died today when his hang-glider plunged 30
metres into sand at Portsea, south of Melbourne.
The accident happened at about 5.10pm (AEDT) at the end of London Bridge Road.
The Metropolitan Ambulance Service said the man had severe head injuries and died at
the scene despite attempts by an off-duty police officer to revive him.
No other details were available.
